​Healthcare translation and interpretation

バックグラウンド

​I am a second-career emergency room nurse in the United States with a long history of ties to Japan. I earned JLPT N1 proficiency in 2016 and have a combined total of 13 years in Japan, 3.5 of which were at a hospital in the international cooperation department. I translated medical and other documents, interpreted for patients whose primary language was not Japanese, and continue to hone my medical vocabulary through private study and involvement in translating/proofreading projects.
