The JAT Tokyo Summer Party will be at the very popular Akita Kawabata Isariya Sakaba in Shinbashi again this year.
It specializes in produce from Akita Prefecture, and offers a unique atmosphere, great food and a choice of beer, shochu, wine, umeshu and various types of nihonshu, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
Join us for a fun evening trying to beat the summer heat. JAT members and non-members are welcome, so invite your friends!

Cost: 5,500 yen (set course with 3-hour nomihodai, last drink orders 21:00)

Access: 3 mins walk from Shinbashi station's Ginza exit
Seating will be mostly horikotatsu style with some zashiki style and some chairs. If you are not comfortable sitting zashiki style, you can let us know when you register and we will plan the seating to accommodate your specified preference as far as possible.
To streamline registration, payment, and reception on the night, we are using the Peatix online system (as we have for other JAT events). The number of participants is limited to 80, due to space constraints. Please register early to avoid disappointment.

Payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer or payment at a convenience store.
Please note that in the case of bank transfer or payment at a convenience store, if payment is not made within 3 days of registration, your booking will automatically expire.
Payment through Peatix will provide a record of payment. JAT will not issue separate receipts.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations will be accepted until 23:59 JST August 23. After the cutoff, refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Cancellations of tickets paid for using the convenience store and bank transfer options are subject to a cancellation fee of 500 JPY.
We will set up a waiting list if the 80 places are filled before the cutoff date. As cancellations occur, those on the list will be contacted in turn and invited to register and pay through Peatix. (Cash payment at the event will not be an alternative payment option, unless otherwise advised.)
