My translation and proofreading experience includes investor relations, patents, contracts, automotive, electronics, engineering, IT, medical, pharmaceutical, education, architecture, history, marketing, market research, art exhibitions, museum displays, subtitles, and examination questions. I also work as a Japanese-English consecutive interpreter, I am a published travel writer, and I have experience as a voiceover artist and sound engineer.

バックグラウンド

I began working as a Japanese-to-English translator part-time in 2016 and full-time in 2021. I have lived in Japan for more than 15 years, and I have passed level 1 of the JLPT and level 3 of the Kanji Kentei.
