Japanese → English Medical Translator (est. 2010)
I am a native English-speaking translator with 15 years of medical translation experience. I have focused specifically on clinical and regulatory documents since 2022. I have translated and edited large volumes of clinical trial documentation, including PMDA submissions, protocols, patient-facing materials, interview guides, pharmacovigilance reports, and AE/SAE case narratives. I have also translated many research reports and abstracts including research in immunotherapy and oncology/cancer. I have extensive experience transcribing patient and physician interviews from Japanese audio into English text.
