Background

I am a recent graduate of the Japan Visualmedia Translation Academy (JVTA), where I spent a year developing my abilities through translating subtitles for films, documentaries, and anime, as well as the translation of manga and voice over scripts. In addition to this, I lived and worked in Miyagi Prefecture for two years through the JET Program. I was also a senior contributor for the Japanese culture website Yatta-Tachi for three years, where I both wrote and edited articles.
