This event was kindly organized as a joint seminar by the Japan Legal Information Institute (JaLII). JaLII is a research body based at the Nagoya University Graduate School of Law, which aims to promote free, open access to Japanese legal information.
The seminar was a rare opportunity for JATLAW supporters to hear the perspectives of those involved in actually drafting Japanese legislation and to meet members of JaLII.
