Robyn Nadler is Of Counsel in the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster, a U.S. law firm, where she focuses on securities offerings, white collar compliance, and asset management. Previously, Robyn has worked in the Tokyo and New York offices of a Magic Circle law firm focusing on securities offerings, and was the head of the Legal and Compliance Department of the Japanese subsidiary of a U.S. asset management company. She has worked in Japan for a total of more than 15 years. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) and a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University. She is qualified to practice law in New South Wales, the State of New York and in England and Wales. She is a registered foreign lawyer (Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi) in Japan. She has been noted as a leading lawyer in the area of Capital Markets by the Chambers and IFLR legal directories.
