Following on from our 2012 Workshop on articles of incorporation, this Workshop translated and discussed some of the key provisions of Japanese corporations' Board of Directors Regulations.
Kyal Hill has a Masters in Japanese Interpreting and Translation (MAJIT), has 9 years’ experience in legal translation, and is studying law in an Australian JD.
Sarah Bull is a legal translator with a Masters in Japanese Interpreting and Translation (MAJIT) and 4 years of experience working in house as part of the translation team at a major Tokyo law firm. She made the switch to freelance last year and, in addition to her freelance translation work, also teaches translation at Sophia University and Temple University.
