Zero-Second Thinking and Other Expert Productivity Tips for Translators

This seminar targets increased productivity through a simple, almost free method anyone can use anywhere to fundamentally boost thinking power. By repeatedly putting your thoughts into words in a standard format on one A4 sheet of paper, you can increase your quality and speed of thought and approach the ideal of “Zero-second thinking."
The method can help in quicker completion of those tasks that take valuable time out of our translation day, such as writing emails, problem solving, decision-making, and business planning.
In the seminar, the speaker will explain in detail how he increased his own productivity, why some people are slow, how it is possible to triple productivity, and where improvements can be made. Participants will also have the chance to try the note-taking method, based on the speaker’s book Zero-Second Thinking, and receive feedback.
In addition, he will share tips for translators to gather more background information to help translation speed and quality, and to improve communication for stronger networking and better client relations.

(This seminar will be held in Japanese.)
