Most interpreters use a stand or headset microphone for interpreting, but never get any training on how to use one. Am I speaking too softly or too loud? How close should the mic be to my face? Are my consonants grating to my listener?

In this workshop, we will learn basic voice and microphone techniques from an expert in radio broadcast. Though not bilingual, our instructor is a qualified vocal coach with lots of experience training broadcasters and voice actors.

We will walk through some basic vocal warm ups and techniques, then do some practice with microphones in a real recording studio.

I guarantee, your clients will hear the difference in your voice the next day.
