1. Brief lecture about the basic terms of a license agreement.
2. Discussions about how to reflect client's intentions in a term sheet (including its translation).
3. Comparison of the lawyer's perspectives vs. translator's perspectives.

Lecturer Bio:
Mitsuhiko spent his childhood in Mexico and Spain
2001 Passed the Japanese bar exam
2005 Started studies at Kellogg School of Management and Northwestern School of Law
2006 Joined Mizuho Corporate Bank, U.S.A.
2007 Passed the N.Y. bar exam
2014 Became the representative of Nakamoto & Nakamoto
2016 Founded company Mibot Inc., which develops contract drafting/reviewing AI
2018 Published "International Contracts U.S.-Japan Transactions (Vol. 1 Sales Contract)"
2019 Co-authored “License Agreement Manual (3rd Edition)

The lecture will be from 3:00pm till 5:00pm, followed by an online networking (for those who can stay) till 6:00pm (JST).
