The Tokyo Bonenkai will be held again this year at Andy’s, an izakaya in Yurakucho run by British ex-pat Andy. Andy’s specializes in fresh fish from Tsukiji, but also caters for vegetarians.

Registration is limited to 70 people this year and will be on a first-come first-served basis so please register promptly to book your seat.

1. A separate registration is required for each attendee. To register and purchase tickets for additional attendees, please re-enter this page from the [Back to event page/イベントページヘ戻る] button at the bottom of the page and register each attendee in turn.

2. Please pay using one of the following credit card, convenience store or bank transfer options.

*If using the convenience store and bank transfer payment options, you need to pay within three days of registering. If payment is not received within this period, your booking will expire automatically.

3. If you prefer your name to NOT be published on the smartphone app, check “Show me as anonymous/参加者一覧に表示しない” on the registration page.

4. Cancellation policy: Cancellations are accepted until 23:59 JST November 30. After this cutoff date, refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

*Cancellations of tickets paid for using the convenience store and bank transfer options are subject to a cancellation fee of 500 JPY.

After the 70 places are filled, TAC shall set up a waiting list. As cancellations occur, those on the list will be contacted in turn and invited to register. We request those attendees confirmed from the waiting list to pay when they register for the event. Cash payment will be accepted at the bonenkai, however, in order to avoid confusion, attendees are requested to pay prior to the event.
N.B. JAT will require payment from any attendee who is confirmed from the waiting list and has not paid before or at the event, even if the person is unable to attend the bonenkai. We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation.
