A member who is unable to attend a General Meeting for unavoidable reasons may vote in writing or by electronic means on the matters notified in advance, or may delegate the voting to another member as proxy (Article 28 of the JAT Teikan, and JAT Bylaws Section V (2)). Ballots and proxy forms will be available on the JAT website beginning on June 20.

Please don’t forget that the JAT Board of Directors Election is now underway. JAT members in good standing will be able to vote and cast their officer election ballot online from June 8 to June 14.
