Is my registration/ticket transferable?
You can transfer your event ticket/registration to someone else just by updating your order information with the new attendee’s information. However, tickets are transferable only while tickets sales are open. If you wish to transfer your ticket after sales have closed, please ask the transferee to register on the waitlist and cancel your ticket in the usual way.
Can I get a refund?
Please make cancellation and refund requests by responding to your order confirmation email. Refunds will only be available for cancellations made before the cancellation cutoff.
