My username does not work
Your email address will be used as your username once you have pressed the SAVE PROFILE button on your
Account page. Your existing username will no longer be used after this action. Use your email address to login.
I have forgotten my username or password
You can retrieve your username or reset your password online. If you are unable to do so because you have forgotten your email address as well, contact
[email protected].
Can I change my password?
You can change your password by visiting your
Account page and selecting
Change Password.
I get an error when I try to change my password
Error Message:
- The password and password confirmation do not match
- The existing username and/or password you submitted are not valid
If autofill (or an equivalent plugin) is enabled on your browser, the “New Password” field for resetting and the "Password" field for logging in may be being automatically populated with your old password. Either disable autofill or delete the automatically entered password before entering your new password manually.
